DANCE MOVEMENT
Dance Movement is a dance and movement-based cardio class that is led professionally for people of all abilities, ages 18+, fitness levels, and abilities. This group setting is about intuitive moves and freedom of expression that is inspired by fun music. The upbeat atmosphere will provide a boost of confidence and a lot of joy!
