POTTERY FOUNDATIONS: BEGINNING WHEEL
This beginning level class is ideal for those new to clay and wheel throwing. Learn the foundations needed to get you started on a successful pottery wheel journey. Each session will include demonstrations, ample work time, teacher support, and clean up. While this class is designed for beginners, all experience levels are welcomed. CERAMICS CLASS INFORMATION: 1.CLASS FEES INCLUDE FIRING FEES. Please remember that MAC does not have the space to allow for production pottery. Extra firing fees will be assessed if kiln space is being overused. 2.Students are responsible for purchasing their own clay and tools unless otherwise noted. Clay is available for purchase at Moshier. 3.OPEN STUDIO: Students enrolling in classes marked by pottery vase are encouraged to use MAC’s free open studio times. These times can be used while the class you are enrolled in is in session. Please see the most current student manual for open studio times. This manual will be available to you on the first day of class.
