Join Burien PaRCS to celebrate Falls Prevention Awareness. These in-person mini-events will promote ideas on preventing slips, trips, and falls. Pre-register to be entered into a drawing and free swag, while supplies last.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 11 AM-1 PM Running in partnership with Sea Mar Community Health Centers at their event for Latino seniors during La Fiesta De Otono. The full program will be in Spanish. Vendor tables for important health and life planning information. King County Mobile Vaccination Clinic. Find out more about fitness classes at the Burien Community that can help maintain and improve balance. Free Balance Assessments by CenterWell Home Health.
