4 Cervical Retraction Stand with your back against a wall. Position a rolled up towel behind your neck. Tuck chin like you are nodding ‘yes’. Draw your chin closer to the back of your throat. Repeat 3 times. 1 2

• 1 package frozen spinach (drain) • 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese • 1 package colby jack cheese • 1 package parmesan cheese

• 2 cans of Rotel • Small onion, chopped • 1 tsp cumin or to taste • 1 tsp garlic salt or to taste

DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients well and place in a 11 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
