INSTALLATION / WARRANTY Because we have no control over the installation and use of electronic and mechanical equipment, these items may be subject to return for repair only. Although we regret that we cannot refund or exchange all electronic and mechanical items once they have been installed, we will be more than happy to assist you with warranty and non-warranty repair claims. Goods & Services Tax (GST) All prices in this catalogue include 10% GST (1/11 of the sales price). A GST exemption will be given to Foreign Mail Order customers. Under no circumstances does a visitors visa allow the purchase of goods GST exempt. FREIGHT, HANDLING AND INSURANCE These must be prepaid as we do not ship collect. All shipments are fully insured (inc. GST). In the event of breakage or loss, please advise us immediately. FREIGHT AND DELIVERY POLICY Please Note: We deliver using both commercial couriers and Australia Post. For deliveries by Australia post to an unattended address goods will not be left and a card will be left notifying that your order is available for collection at the local Post Office. Orders that contain Dangerous Goods, liquids, items over 1 metre in length, items over 22kg, and large size items cannot be sent with Australia Post. These orders will be sent by commercial courier and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Post Offices. If your nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to allow you to arrange a re-delivery. We reserve the right to recover an “Attempted redelivery fee”. Delivery to business addresses is preferred For your security couriers won’t leave orders unattended at the doorstep. Orders placed for delivery to New Zealand must be over A$1000.00 ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES TO BE QUOTED Very heavy, bulky, awkward Goods: These are marked with the “truck” symbol and may incur additional costs and/or increased delivery time. Additional freight charges will be advised. Dangerous Goods: Orders containing any items marked with the Dangerous Goods symbol incur a $75.00 surcharge. • Marine Flares cannot be shipped. • Inflatable PFDs will only be sent road freight. Quantity orders: These may incur additional freight charges. If so we will advise extra charges prior to shipping. Overseas, offshore islands and distant mainland locations: These may involve additional charges. We shall advise on receipt of order. Export orders do not attract GST.
