Birk Genetics maintains a comprehensive health care program, exceeding normal vaccination protocols. All the cattle have received several rounds of vaccinations for respiratory viral diseases, Pasteurellas, Somnus and Blackleg, and poured with Ivermectin and dewormed with Safeguard. All the cattle have received Lepto, including Lepto Hardjo, with everything two years or older receiving an annual booster. All the cattle have tested negative for PI-BVD. All the bulls have received two wart vaccinations at approximately one year of age. None of the bulls in this sale have been used natural service; all of them are virgin bulls.
