The implementation phase of this plan will occur from 2022-2025. The role of City staff and identified partners will be key to tracking the metrics and helping with the implementation of this plan. City staff will continue to communicate with domain committee members, as well as key partners to obtain data to measure success of the Action Plan. The committees meet quarterly, as well as provide regular updates to the Senior Advisory Board. The City of Rowlett will submit a progress report to AARP in the fifth year. An annual progress report will be delivered to the City Manager’s Office. One main focus is to keep the Rowlett Livable Communities Network Action Plan aligned with the City of Rowlett’s Strategic Plan.
