·Creating the new Trenton Chamber Orchestra to play more challenging music and generate high quality engagement with new audiences while encouraging all students to aspire to new levels of musicianship. ·Expanding partnership opportunities for Trenton Children’s Chorus to collaborate with professional choral ensembles ·Implementing an enrollment campaign to engage new students to the TMM and TCC programs, especially from families within Trenton ·Developing a marketing and communications plan to encourage our audiences to discover the treasures within our Capital City. ·Focused development and fundraising efforts to expand corporate sponsorships and major gifts ·Exploration of new facility locations for our CHW programs.
