Pay your premium You need to make your first month
premium payment before your coverage can start. You have three payment options: • Pay online. Sign into your member account to pay with your bank account or credit card. • Over the phone. Call Member Services at 1 (866) 416-7438. • Mail it. We’ll send you a letter with instructions on how to send in your payment. Review your plan materials After we get your first payment, we’ll mail your ID card and welcome kit. These materials will tell you all you need to know about getting care through your network, your benefits, and all the other programs and savings that are part of your plan.
