Catering and hospitality COLLEGE CERTIFICATE IN CATERING AND PATISSERIE (Year 1) Year 10/11 Thursdays 9-1pm 33 weeks This qualification provides an introduction to some of the key resources and ideas within catering and hospitality, the use of materials, tools and equipment and the preparation and presentation of cookery items. There is also the option for working towards a Practical Cookery Skills College Certificate. Progression: There is a clear progression route onto L2/L3 provision at HSDC or Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering

NCFE LEVEL 1 AWARD IN CREATIVE CRAFT, COOKERY PATHWAY (Year 2) Starts in 2021 Year 11 Thursdays 9-1pm 28 weeks
