The law firmhas relocated to the class A office complex from Fort Lee, N.J. Michael Herman , manag- ing director of MRH Real Estate Services, Inc. , leasing agent for Court Plaza, negoti- ated the transaction. “Located directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse, Court Plaza is the premier legal address in Bergen County,” said Herman. “Verde, Steinberg & Pontell, LLC was drawn by the fact that Alfred Sanzari Enter- prises is a stable landlord com- mitted to the long-term success of its properties. The move gave the law firm the opportunity to reorganize/modernize its office environment complete with a new design and installation.” In practice since 1986, Verde, Steinberg & Pontell LLC is comprised of seven attorneys along with a staff of approxi- mately seven employees, serv- ing local and national clients throughout New Jersey and New York.
