Spagnola represents the tenant LMS Commercial Real Estate announces 13,000 s/f lease with Shoe Carnival
ANCASTER, PA - LMS Commercial Real Es- tate , a privately owned Park Hills Plaza, located at West Plank Rd. and Park Hills Plaza, Altoona, PAannounces the recent 13,000 s/f lease with Shoe Carni- val. The 279,856 s/f shopping cen- ter, anchored by Weis Markets, Dunham’s Sports, and Toys-R-Us is located directly across from Logan Valley Mall, the areas regional shopping center. The tenant was represented by Joe Spagnola , CCIM of LMS. L real estate company based in Lancaster, PA, has recently arranged the following lease transactions:
TJ Maxx Plaza, located on East Third St., Williamsport, PA an- nounces the recent 13,000 s/f lease with Shoe Carnival. The approximate 137,394 s/f shopping center consists of national and regional tenants such as TJMaxx and JoAnn Fabrics and is located in the heart of Williamsport’s re- tail shopping district. The tenant was represented by Joe Spagnola, CCIM of LMS. Tremellan’s Auto Car, located at 1133 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA, has recently leased 6,500 s/f, The 19,796 s/f industrial property is located on Manheim Pike. The warehouse/shop flex space is in excellent condition,
and provides one drive-in door, one loading dock & two small offices with plenty of parking. The landlord was represented by Wilay Boensch of LMS and the tenant was represented by Kurt Schenck with Prudential HSG Realty . Kendig Square, located at Route 272 South and Kendig Rd. in Willow St. PA, announces the recent 4,290 s/f lease with Pet Valu. The 26,285 s/f shopping center is anchored by Kmart and Weis Markets. The tenant was represented by Joe Spagnola, CCIM, of LMS. Shoppes at Landis Valley, lo- cated at Oregon Pike and Landis Valley Rd., Lancaster, PA an- nounces the recent 3,836 s/f lease to Highland Pizzeria who will be expanding at the attractive neighborhood center, anchored by CVS/pharmacy, Susquehanna Bank and Giant-To-Go. Marisa Benjamin and Donna Deerin Ward of LMS negotiated the transaction. Harrisburg Mall, located at 3501 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PAannounces the recent 2,100 s/f lease with PrecisionWireless/Ve- rizon Wireless. The 1,024,603 s/f fully-enclosed mall is the largest in Harrisburg. The 70+ tenants include Macy’s, a 14-screen Regal Cinema, and the second largest Bass Pro Shops in the U.S. The tenant was represented by Jer- emiah Hamilton of LMS. Grills Goin’ Wild, located at 1325 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA has recently leased 1,638 s/f. The 1,638 s/f freestanding building, formerly occupied by Hot Diggity Dog, is a prime com- mercial building, and situated on 0.645 acres with 24 parking spaces. Both parties were rep- resented by Wilay Boensch of LMS. Queensgate Shopping Center, located at 2081 Springwood Road, York, PA announces the 1,624 s/f lease to Pita Pit. Wilay Boensch of LMS negotiated the transaction. In addition, Pet Valu, has also leased 3,080 s/f at this location. Joe Spagnola, CCIM, of LMS arranged the lease transaction Eden Professional Center, lo- cated at 1725 Oregon Pike, Lan- caster has leased 1,340 s/f of of- fice space to LW Survey Co.. The 43,710 s/f professional class “A” office building was constructed in 1986 and consists of two, 2-Story brick buildings, ideally located at the intersection of Rte. 30 and 272. LMS’s Wilay Boensch & Travis Riley represented both parties in the transaction. n
