Sale information Terms and Conditions Liability All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk, legal, or otherwise for their own safety or the behavior of the animals. The owner’s assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur. Health All cattle and calves in the North Bench Livestock and MY Angus herds are administered complete vaccine programs since birth under the guidance of local, licensed veterinarians. Fertility & Ultrasound Fertility testing completed by Brock Aiton, DVM of Aiton Veterinary Service PLLC. First Breeding Soundness Guarantee All bulls will be covered by either North Bench Livestock (NBL) or MY Angus if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as a 60 day period following first day bull(s) is turned out. All injured bulls must be doc- umented by a veterinarian and/or with the producer (NBL or MY Angus). Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 30, 2026. North Bench Livestock and MY Angus promises to work with each and every producer to guarantee appropriate compensation in a timely manner when communicated.
