A little over two years ago Virginia Garcia began the Workforce Development Program with the intention of “growing our own” and addressing critical staffing needs – including Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, and Pharmacy Technicians. With your help, we have been able to do just that while also prioritizing community members and patients who have an interest in joining the health care field.
