The Global People Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent across The Dot Group and all group businesses, global teams and offices. This role will be instrumental in evolving the group culture, leadership behaviours, team engagement, and organizational performance through aligned incentives.

• University degree and/or relevant HR qualification • Exceptional communicator with strong self-awareness • Global mindset with a positive, can-do attitude • High level of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality Experience & Knowledge Essential • At least 10 years’ experience working as a senior leader in HR and/or Global People Director or equivalent • Experience in working across Europe and the US with or in large global, customer focused companies with diverse workforces • Strong problem solving and creative skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment • Experience to make recommendations based on data and timely analysis to support business leaders • Strong leadership, facilitation and influencing skills to support and counsel others • Ability to learn from experiences, capitalise on mistakes and seize opportunities • Excellent MS skills specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel • Excellent written and spoken English, other languages preferable • Ability to travel as required

Role responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and
implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Be able to look forward to ensure the group is match fit to handle growth objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead senior global recruitment efforts to attract and retain diverse and high-calibre talent, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 3. Develop DEI Strategies: Lead the development, implementation and measurement of comprehensive DEI strategies aligned with the company values. 4. Performance Management: Establish performance management systems and processes to drive accountability, consistency, recognize and reward achievements , and facilitate career progression in conjunction with the Learning and Performance Director. 5. Behaviour and Values: Champion the company's values and foster behaviours of the Leadership Blueprint across all businesses and geographies. 6. HR Operations and Compliance: Responsibility for all HR functions, including compensation and benefits,
