K onstruct Interiors is the bespoke interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor responsible for transforming the existing retail building at Lisburn Square into the 45-bedroom Haslem Hotel. The conversion of the 26,000sq ft property into a hotel delivered Lisburn’s first city centre hotel and a fresh new meeting place for the local population. The £4m hotel in Lisburn is part of the The Beannchor Group, which include The Merchant Hotel and Bullitt Hotel. As well as the hotel bedroom conversion for Haslem Hotel, Konstruct Interiors was contracted to work on the hotel foyer and hospitality space – a lobby bar and restaurant. The interior of the hotel has been fitted
out in a relaxed, no fuss urban hipster style. However, according to Konstruct Interiors, professional design and fit- out is about much more than creating interiors that look beautiful and perform on a practical level. It’s about creating inspiring spaces that really connect with the end user, building an environment where they can live their best life, or do their best work.
