D eane Public Works Ltd is a multi-award-winning family- run company who have built a reputation for excellence in Civil Engineering Construction. Founded in 1967 by George and Liz Deane, the company has grown to employ over 60 staff at our scenic headquarters overlooking Lough Erne and hundreds of others indirectly through supply chain and subcontracting activities With over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry, the Company has evolved into a multi-disciplined business carrying out a diverse range of Civil Engineering contracts and successfully delivering many high-profile projects for both Public and Private sector clients. As a dynamic company, we strive to achieve construction excellence by consistently exceeding Clients expectations with innovative and
imaginative defect free solutions that meet their needs in a timely, safe, sustainable and cost-effective way. The operational strength of the Company lies in the utilisation of skills across a broad range of working disciplines, to make projects come alive. Recent successful projects completed by Deane Public Works Ltd include Queens Quay Foul Berth Reconstruction in Belfast, Wastewater Treatment Works at Donemana, Co. Tyrone, Lough Rinn International Rowing Course, Co. Leitrim and Finn Bridge in Lifford, Co. Donegal. In addition, we are delighted to have recently been appointed to Northern Ireland Water new £1.68bn IF105 Integrated Partnership Frameworks to support delivery of their strategic Water and Sewage Capital Investment Programme for the coming years. Other Divisions under the Deane Public Works umbrella include: Concrete,
Aggregate, Autoplant and Waste providing quality products and services to the construction industry. Turning attention to the future, and the next generation of the family run business, Stephen and his wife Janet Deane, both whom have worked for the Company for over 25 years, look forward to taking the Company into the future, building on the previous successes of the past 50 years.
