Community Happenings Winter

Furry Friends and Family Time Visits from Gelu and Milo, our Miracle Paws therapy dogs, were definite highlights, bringing smiles and plenty of pats to everyone they met. Our much-loved annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic was another furry and fun day out. Family and friends joined in regularly at our high teas and happy hours, it was wonderful to see so many connections celebrated and cherished.

Special Performances Lorenzo’s incredible performance was a standout, with both live and video recordings shared so that everyone could enjoy his talent. Drumming sessions with Jose brought energy and rhythm, while performances from Laurel McKenna and Kathy Lang added variety to an already star-studded season. Everyday Joy Beyond the big events, it’s the small, everyday moments that matter most. Coffee bus trips, movement to music sessions with Eliza, community games, and simple chats over morning tea made this winter full of warmth. The sense of belonging and fun continues to shine at Cumberland View. 6
