Our furniture is subject to operational testing including:
HINGES & RUNNERS Whether you stow things away to only open up your storage once a week, or you are opening multiple times a day to find your favourite moisturiser you can be sure they will be consistent every time. Components are open/ close cycle tested for endurance with hinges being tested up to 80,000 cycles and drawer runners subjected to 50,000 cycles. PAINT ADHESION & HARDNESS Our furniture is painted to the highest of standards to provide perfect coverage and withstand the rigour of bathroom use, paint adhesion and hardness is tested until failure to ISO standard.
WALL HANGING BRACKETS If you have opted for the clean look of a wall hung unit, you can be sure it will withstand the demands of everyday use as our hanging brackets are tested up to 200-260kgs through a hydraulic ram. CORROSION TEST Even our knobs and handles are not left to chance. To replicate life in a bathroom these are put through an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to a plated surface to ensure suitability of the coating.
