FLUSH VOLUME The measured discharge on no occasion should exceed 6L . Reduced flush shall not exceed 2/3 of the full flush volume . SEAT DROP TEST Our seats are tested by dropping 75kg from a height of 30mm 15,000 times. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE Tested in accordance with British & European standards meaning our cisterns have passed a 200,000 cycle endurance test.

MIRRORS & CABINETS We test every switching interface to 100,000 cycles, and subject all bonded components to excessive load tests, so even the most chaotic morning in your household can be withstood with ease. All products are tested to hold a minimum of 10kg of extra weight for 10 days to ensure strength, giving you full confidence that all your storage needs will be met.
BRASSWARE
Our tap valves are manufactured in accordance with the relevant product standards including:
PRESSURE TESTED Pressure tested to 10bar in accordance with BS EN 200: 2008. ENDURANCE TESTING Cycle testing on handles / valves up to 100,000 cycles. CORROSION TEST Chrome Plating / Salt spray testing – to ISO standards as stated in EN 248:2002 plus coating thickness tests on chrome plating.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL Temperature stability when the inlet pressure drops (i.e when the cold is turned off) BS EN 1111 & 1287 to prevent scalding.
WRAS APPROVED We also hold several WRAS approvals on our tap ranges, and use WRAS approved components.
