Après avoir été arrêté suite à une alter- cation dans un bar de Casselman en avril dernier, Pascal Carrier a été remis en liberté conditionnelle. La brève comparution de Pascal Carrier avait lieu mardi dernier à la Cour de justice de L’Orignal. La couronne a accepté sa re- mise en liberté et M. Carrier devra répondre, en plus, à plusieurs conditions. L’accusé devra, par exemple, se présenter une fois par semaine au poste du Service de police de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Il devra demeurer, sauf exception, chez l’un de ses oncles jusqu’à son procès qui devrait débuter le 30 janvier 2017. Rappel des faits Le chef présumé des Rock Machine, Jean- François Émard, et un second homme ont été arrêtés en avril dernier, suite à une alter- cation survenue dans un bar de Casselman. En septembre dernier, Jean-François Émard avait été remis en liberté par la Couronne; il devait lui aussi répondre à plusieurs conditions.
