Following the best British manufacturing standards and technical innovation, Beaufort baths are manufactured in the UK with skill and precision. All Beaufort baths are manufactured from 5mm Asterite sanitaryware grade cell cast acrylic sheet. As a result of the acrylic being cast the colour is all the way through the material rather than a top surface layer. Each bath is vacuum formed on the very latest vertical vacuum forming machines that are capable of zone heating the acrylic prior to moulding to ensure not only an even form every time but an ability to control the material thickness as it is drawn into the tool.
Storm proof standards Following the finest traditions of British craftsmanship and technical innovation, the Beaufort line is manufactured to extracting standards meeting EN198, CE EN14516:2015 CL1 PH standards. The production moulds have been created using one of the fastest and most accurate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems available to machine the best quality solid aluminium bath moulds that have been milled to tolerances of 10 micrometres. Regulated temperature controls and integrated vacuum chambers ensure that each bath formed is done so in regimented conditions to ensure the perfect result every time.
