When Chairman Warren Ginsberg first launched the Home Improvement Bureau, now HiB , back in 1990 his mission was clear; to provide quality bathroom solutions with unrivalled customer service. While HiB has grown, our roots remain deeply in our bathroom heritage and we continue to make a difference to our customers’ homes using our years of expertise and experience, after all, what we don’t know about bathroom mirrors, cabinets, furniture and accessories isn’t worth knowing.
