Hello Edwin. Thank you for discussing this with me. Since the Sunniva project is no longer, Outdoor may wish to revise the purchase to just the land being currently used that lies outside of our wall and fence. This area would be reduced from 6,053 sqft to 5,021 sqft per the attached revised exhibit but the sale price still comes out to $30,000 due to the eastern portion holds less value than the southern. I have done the calculations in the attached appraisal. If you want to remove the path to the dog park, this will also reduce your costs of having to replace our block wall to the new property line. I don’t have an estimate of what that cost would be. Please review and let me know if we can proceed with modifying the attached Purchase Sale Agreement for the sale of the revised area.
