Pre-Installation • The Owner/Designated Contact is responsible for coordinating all required site preparation (if needed) and will notify Amazon once work is complete. • Our operations team will then review the site preparation responses, and move forward with routing the lockers to the local area market. Installation • Once the lockers arrive in market, our installers will coordinate a pre-installation walk through with the property and set an installation date with the on-site staff directly. • The installation team will place the lockers in the approved area, level the unit, and bolt the Starter and Expanders together. • If indoor location, they will plug the Hub into the outlet. • If outdoor location, they will anchor the Hub into the ground with 4 bolts. The Designated Contact will need to ensure an electrician will be on-site within 24 hours to complete the final hookup to the disconnect box, and notify Amazon once the final electrical connection is complete. • Within 48 hours of power connection, a technician will arrive on-site to provision the Apartment Locker. Activation • Once the lockers are installed and fully set-up, the property will log into their manager portal and activate the lockers. Step 3: Apartment Locker installation
