F A Q S
How is this different than the big yellow Amazon Lockers I see at grocery and convenience stores? Our Retail Amazon Locker (the yellow locker in public places) is open to all Amazon customers and only accepts Amazon packages. The Hub is only available to your residents, not open to the public, and accepts packages from any sender. What accessibility features are available on the Hub? The Hub has a numeric braille keypad and a touchscreen below 48”. A resident has settings in the Portal by which they can choose to receive all deliveries at an accessible height. Our Hub distribution has every compartment size within 15” to 48”. The Hub will only be installed in locations where accessibility requirements are met. If the minimum size is 6’, will you be able to install in my property if I have a really tight path of entry into the location where the Hub will be installed? The 6’ minimum Hub is two 3’ modules installed together. This modularity allows the installation team to navigate through tight turns during installation.
Can I change the compartment configuration? The Hub compartments are pre-configured and cannot be customized.
Can I decide where the kiosk screen is located within the chain of Hubs? For each Hub, there is one 3’ module that houses the Kiosk screen. This 3’ module can be placed in any order within the linked Hubs (i.e., the Kiosk can be the right-most section, left-most, in the middle, or wherever you prefer).
