• Permit Apps for Final Inspection:
77 total permits awaiting final inspections.
• Approved Permit Apps: 59 total pending completion. One newly approved • Permit App Requests from Owners: Two regarding questions, concerns & documents. • Owner Requests for tree concerns: Two requests pertaining to trees. • Owners with Beehive Issues: One discovery of a beehive, the Owner was notified • Pre-Sale/ Escrow Inspections: There have been 7 escrow inspection requests. • Pre-Sale Rig Inspections: There have been three presale rig inspections. • Permit Apps waiting for Approval:
16 total (Some have been on hold due to COVID- 19). Three new permit applications have been turned in. Two lots have been surveyed at the Owner’s expense. One variance has been approved for a 5 th wheel with a length of 46ft.
