August 13 2020- Director's Report

C. Executive Session Actions 1. President Farmer reported that the Board had a discussion with the McMahon Group surrounding the Strategic plan findings and actions to take moving forward. 2. There was a review of bids for Contractors for the Tennis Center and Sports Court beautification projects. 3. There was legal discussion for the exclusive use common area grant for lot 433. 4. The Board agreed to increase funding for Laundry facilities by $6,000. 5. The Board authorized the removal of a sidewalk and the owner’s participation in sharing of that cost. Treasurer’s Report A. Financial Statement – May 31, 2020 Financial statements for May have been reviewed by Treasurer Leahy, President Farmer, and Director Hare. Motion for the Board to ratify the review of the May financials- Treasurer Leahy

Second- Vice President Renoe Motion approved unanimously

Director Boudin asked Treasurer Leahy for a summary of the financials. Treasurer Leahy reported that because we closed the season early there were items where we lost revenue, but we also furloughed employees earlier than usual, so the financial situation evened out. Secretary’s Report

Secretary Barber reported that the minimal communication that was received were concerns about the pet relief area, COVID restrictions, as well as a Contractor concern.

D. Landscape 1. Fountains GM Vitrano reported the fountains at the entry have all been repaired. 2. Laundry Equipment

Facilities Manger Jessie reported that all of the machines have been ordered. All Satellite facilities have been renovated in preparation for the new equipment. He is on target for a September 1, 2020 installation date for all card readers and machines. SmartVend will be here concurrently with PWS completing the installation. 3. Main entry exterior Lights & Fixtures Facilities Manager Jessie reported that along the entry way we have lamp posts that have deteriorated at the base, and lamps that have been damaged. He found a close replica and will be replacing 5 on each side of the entryway for a total of 10 new lights and fixtures.
