August 13 2020- Director's Report

4. Stop signs & Street signs GM Vitrano reported that all stop signs have been placed in concrete and the posts are all a uniform height. Facilities Manger Jessie reported they are 50% done with the street sign replacement of posts and the signs also at a uniform height. 5. Blinds and Screens at ES and Bella Roma Facilities Manager Jessie reported that there were 2 sets of blinds that were broken in the ES ballroom, he will be replacing them completely. He is going have 2 new screens built for the outside windows at Bella Roma and use the existing indoor screens. 6. Trash Pickup GM Vitrano reported that due to there being more people here this summer the trash pick up has been increased to three times a week to prevent overflow. 7. Tennis Court Windscreens GM Vitrano reported that the windscreens at Satellite D will be replaced. 8. Pet Relief Stations at Sports Courts Pet waste stations have been removed around the Sports Courts and Security will begin patrolling the area to ensure compliance. 9. Pavement Management Plan Associated Engineering Consultants was in the Resort yesterday and the report will be available to present to the Board by the August meeting. 10. Sound System Equipment at La Palma & El Saguaro GM Vitrano reported that an analysis was done at the end of last season by a sound expert and rather than replacing everything they will be making some upgrades, changing out some components and switching from analog to digital. The work will be started in November and should be completed within the first couple of weeks of November.

President Farmer reported that the Safety and Security committee has been working and discussing possible changes that may be necessary next season due to COVID. Consent Agenda
