For men shall be lovers of self, lov ers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, dis obedient to parents, untbankful, unholy, without natural affection, implacable, slan derers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, puffed-up, lov ers of pleasure more than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having de nied the power thereof; from these also turn away.'' These verses do not picture a con verted world, but a world just as we see it today. There will be two classes, converted and unconverted, at the revelation of Jesus Christ from heaven. The Apostle Paul says, "It is a righteous thing with God to recom pense affliction to them that afflict you, and to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with the angels of his power in flaming fire, rendering vengeance to them that know not God, and to them that obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus; who shall suffer punish ment, even eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might, When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at in all them that believed (because our testimony unto you was believed) in that day" (II Thess.
