his companions; and I will put them with it, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in my band. . And I will make them one nation in the land, upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all. . . . . And my servant David shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd; and they shall also walk in mine ordinances, and observe · my statutes, and do them." 5. Closely connected with what has just been said, it is revealed in God's Word that because of our Lord's Return, JUDAH SHALL BE SAVED AND ISRAEL SHALL DWELL SAFELY. ''Behold, the days come, saith J ehovab, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely" (Jer. 23 :5, 6). There shall be a national salvation of all Israelites then upon the earth. As Paul puts it, "And so all Israel shall be saved; even as it is written, There shall come out of Zion a Deliverer; He shall turn away ungodliness
