PROCEDURES POLICIES

Prior to initial assessments, new clients must submit completed Par-Q Health History paperwork to their trainer. The personal trainer and the fitness department reserve the right to request medical clearance from a licensed medical professional if necessary. Clients must immediately communicate any concerns, discomfort or pain arising from their personal training sessions with their personal trainer. Standard 24-hour cancellation applies to all scheduled training, reformer, and spa sessions. Cancellation within 24-hours (up until an hour before the scheduled service) is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service or forfeiture of the scheduled session. Cancellation within an hour of the appointment will result in a full session charge or forfeiture of the scheduled session. Please inform your trainer (text or email) or contact the fitness desk if you are running late. If arriving late, the session will end at the scheduled time regardless of the start time. If arriving late, the session will be charged fully based on the original appointment. NO SHOWS CANCELLATIONS EXPIRATIONS PACKAGE All personal training packages are purchased with a two-session per week understanding (unless otherwise discussed with the Fitness PRO). Packages have a 2-week grace period before the package expires. For example, the eight 30-minute package would be completed in four weeks (2 sessions per week). This would give it a 6-week expiration date.
