INGREDIENTS ½ MEDIUM CABBAGE 3 SCALLIONS 2 CARROTS ¾ CUP OF PEANUTS JUICE OF 1 LIME 1 TBSP RICE VINEGAR 1 TBSP FISH SAUCE 1 TBSP CANOLA OIL SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE INSTRUCTIONS Grate carrots Chop cabbage and scallions into thin slices Add ingredients to a large bowl; dress and toss well
