The Daniels Fund provides grants to support highly effective nonprofit organizations in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming through the Daniels Fund Grants Program. The Buell Foundation seeks programs that have demonstrated success in helping children thrive. It is our goal to partner with outstanding organizations to improve the systems that serve children. Particular focus will be placed on programs that target under-served communities. The Foundation will consider proposals that directly support the healthy development of very young children. Grants will be given only to public charities that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and “not a private foundation” under section 509(a) of the Code.
