The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation is dedicated to improving communities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our discretionary grant programs provide funding for nonprofit projects and programs that serve residents in Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania Counties. We will continue to offer two Focus Grant cycles. Focus Grants are awarded to organizations that can clearly demonstrate how they are impacting intergenerational poverty in a meaningful way. Grant award amounts vary, with a standard maximum award of $25,000. If you are exploring requesting multi-year funding, please reach out to a Program Officer in advance as multi-year grants are by invitation only.
