Estate Investment Trust), announces that a current tenant, Ace Logistics, a Bal- timore-based warehouse and logistics services provider, has expanded its footprint in Chesapeake Commerce Center by inking a lease deal for an additional 41,903 s/f of space. Ace Logistics already occupies two facilities in Chesapeake Commerce Center and has leased additional space at 5901 Holabird Ave. “It was just a couple of years ago that Duke Realty announced a lease renewal and expansion deal totaling 351,000 s/f of space with Ace Logistics that included a build- to-suit facility in Chesapeake NEWARK, DE — LaMotte Company has chosen Newark as the site for its expansion. Sales growth has prompted LaMotte to increase its manu- facturing and research and development capacity. The company plans to invest $3.3M to build out lab space at its new location in Pencader Corporate Center. The 79,000 s/f site also will include office and production space. “We are working hard to make Delaware more com- petitive so that we can com- pete and win every day,” said Governor John Carney. “That means making sure we have the best environment so busi- nesses like LaMotte Co. can grow and thrive here in Dela- ware.
