Northwestern Mutual office relocates to Florham Park’s 500 Campus Drive The Garibaldi Group's Jeff Garibaldi, Sr. & Jackie Madden ink lease in Morris County Financial Ctr.

F LORHAM PARK, NJ — The Garib- aldi Group broker- age team of Jeff Garib- aldi, Sr. and Jackie Madden are proud to announce the relo- cation of Northwest- ern Mutual’s Morris County office to Florham Park. The office, previously located in Morristown, will soon call 500 Campus Dr. home after an extensive search that, in the end, came down to amenities and a fresh, updated space. Matt Holleran , the manag- ing partner of Northwestern Mutual’s Morris County office, was focused on enhancing the overall work experience for his team while also providing an optimal location for clients and visitors of the Fortune 500 company. Ultimately, the decision was made to relocate to 500 Campus Dr., located within Morris County Financial Cen- ter, a prestigious corporate campus owned by Opal Hold- ings that includes six class A office properties totaling in excess of 1.3 million s/f. The search spanned more than two years, and the deci- sion was ultimately made be- fore the close of 2021. For the financial services company, the building offers a chance to be in a reputable campus, with amenities ranging from cafete- rias and coffee bars to fitness centers and event spaces. At over 21,000 s/f, the completely remodeled space will present a clean, modern look and state of the art technology for employ- ees and clients to enjoy. “We selected Park Avenue at Morris County for a number of reasons,” said Holleran “but the pedigree of the campus it- self and that of the companies already located here was an important factor. Of course, the location also works well for our team in terms of where they live and where our advi- sors do the majority of their business, and probably most important, the building is beautiful. The amenities align with what we were looking for and the ownership is hands on and dependable and has done everything to make us feel at home. We’re very happy with our decision.” Jeff Garibaldi, Sr.

Things are chang- ing quickly, and I’m incredibly glad we were able to come to an agreement that worked well for both sides when we did.” MAREJ
