Designed to achieve LEED certification and create an ur - ban environment that appeals to today’s discerning workforce, Valley’s headquarters is a modern interpretation of the masonry tradition of historic Morristown, featuring a care- ful balance of glass, metal and warm brick tones that embraces the character of the neighborhood. Valley intends to relocate its operations from Wayne to its new headquarters in Morristown, which offers 120,000 s/f of office space and hallmarks that include floor-to- ceiling windows, abundant nat- ural light, and skyline views.

Operable glass walls open to three outdoor terraces, creating an indoor-outdoor environment that makes Morristown’s pasto- ral landscape part of the work- place. The ground floor features a dramatic lobby entrance with soaring ceilings, along with 14,500 s/f of available retail space, a portion of which is planned to house a new Valley retail banking branch. New- mark vice chairman David Simson represented Valley in its new headquarters lease. Following the demolition and completion of site work on the property, groundbreaking will occur in the spring of 2022 with completion estimated for March 2023. MAREJ

The upgrades have an urban ambiance in an otherwise suburban location. Said Paul Newman , a vice president and partner at Kim- merle Group, “The successful repositioning of Onyx Equi- ties’ 650 From Road points towards our firm’s deep un - derstanding of the New Jersey office market and its transi - tions, and our ability to deliver a complex multi-phase, multi- disciplinary assignment, even during the pandemic. Onyx

Equities had a clear vision for the reimagining of its New Jersey office assets for a new era, and Kimmerle Group was proud to help bring that vision to reality.” A reimagined central atri- um lobby with a custom- designed chandelier features a five-story live green wall and customizable RBG light- ing feature wall that can accommodate tenant and owner branding. This newly designed lighting at the fea- ture walls and in the atrium is highlighted throughout the day and evening hours and is a landmark visible from the garden state parkway. With the primary design intent of “bringing the outside in,” the

five-story green wall lines a new corridor leading to the conference center and lounge. The adjacent lobby is finished in warm wood tones and con- crete and porcelain LVT floor - ing, as well as contemporary furniture in a similar color palette and tones. A completely redefined and relandscaped lakeside com- mon activity area includes outdoor seating under a new canopy, pergola shelters with Wi-Fi and power access, ac- tive fitness/walking paths and recreation stations, new site lighting and pavers through- out the landscaping, as well as outdoor workstations and collaboration areas for tenant use.
