The purpose of this program is to provide support for sustainable partnerships that improve communities in which Bayer employees live and work. The overarching goal of this program is to enhance the quality of life, provide unique and enriching opportunities that create diverse alliances, and prepare the leaders of the future. The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey only considers requests submitted by organizations located in New Jersey that have tax-exempt classifications under Sections 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
