sales strategy and launch campaign Once Planning is Granted and the development under way, our New Homes team will handle the following Pre-marketing and off-plan sales We recognise the importance of the cash flow generated from off-plan sales, and our aim is to sell 20% of the units off-plan with our pre-marketing initiatives. Brochures and signage The key to the success of any new homes campaign is momentum and creating a sense of urgency. We will assist with high-profile site hoardings and brochures alongside an energetic media campaign, utilising our experienced professional designers, illustrators and photographers. Launch Day and the Show Home The bulk of the interest and sales are likely to occur once the show home and majority of the development are completed. We have excellent contacts to help create a winning show home, with bespoke furniture, staging and lighting. Deposits and closing the sale We will liaise with your solicitors to ensure the best buyers are chosen and deposits promptly taken, and will stay in contact until completion.
Stylish show homes, like the ones above, are a key element of our new homes marketing strategy. closing the sale We pride ourselves on good communications and building an excellent relationship with our clients. A good property will generally sell itself but our skill is required to achieve the very best possible price and encourage buyers to a prompt exchange of contracts. We insist on credit checking all would-be purchasers prior to agreeing a sale and will assist your buyer to complete surveys and mortgage valuations as quickly as possible whilst staying in regular contact with both parties’ solicitors. This should ensure any legal enquiries are settled promptly whilst any difficulties are dealt with firmly and decisively in the best interest of our client.
