The sponsorship includes the following • Exhibition space which includes 4.2m (w) x 2.2m (h) LED lightbox branded with your artwork plus a branded LED counter¹ • 5m x 2m (10m²) dedicated floorspace in a prime location • A dedicated speaking / presenting opportunity² • A place on the Steering Committee for conference planning • Sponsorship of a break out session room³ • Opportunity to display three image adverts on venue digital signage 4 • Opportunity to display two 2 minute video adverts on venue digital signage 4 • Your logo included on event branded PowerPoint slides 5 , event venue branding and all event related communications • Your logo placed on the event website, including on the footer of every webpage • Dedicated sponsor HTML sent to event prospects and delegates • Social media promotion • Access to delegate data, including name, e-mail address, job title and company name 6 • Support with lead capture • Video interview recorded and featured in the event highlight reel and available as independent content • Ten places (one table) at the Networking Dinner • Secure onsite parking and access to exhibition setup the day prior
