Take your game to the next level by improving your speed, agility, and vertical jump by participating in our Sportsmetric program. This sports training program is designed to improve athletic performance as well as scientifically proven to reduce your risk for potential ACL tears and other significant knee injuries. Our goal is to keep you in the game and maximize your potential. In this program you will be trained by a licensed PTwith a Sportsmetric certification. This programwill provide video analysis of your jumping and athletic performance. This allows the athlete to see their strengths and weakness and improve their mechanics in a way that will reduced injuries and produce better performance in their sport. CERVICAL RETRACTION Stand with your back against a wall. Position a rolled up towel behind your neck. Tuck chin like you are nodding ‘yes’. Draw your chin closer to the back of your throat. Repeat 3 times.
