Moreover, the study applies the systems approach that enables one to follow the courses of interaction between the existing order, its key units and its internal and external environment as well as identifies the changes that may occur in the elements of this order and that environment due to these interactions. The study concludes that the transformations and developments that occur in the structure of the international systempositively and negatively affect all the sub-regional orders on which this order is based, including the regional order of the Middle East. This, of course, is related to the great degree of liquidity and overlap between the international and the regional.
