تحديـات الانتقـال الديمقراطـيفي السـودان: الاختـ لات الاقتصاديـة وصـراع الأجنـدة الداخليـة والخارجيـة The Challenges of the Democratic Transition in Sudan: Economic Imbalances and the Conflict of Domestic and Foreign Agendas * Mohammed Abdel-Jabbar Hassan - محمد عبد الجبار حسن ملخص: تبحـث الدراسـة تحديـات الفتـرة الانتقاليـةفي السـودان، التـي أعقبـت سـقوط نظام . وتسـتقصي تأثيـرات التدهور 2019 عمـر البشـير في الحـادي عشـر مـن أبريل/نيسـان الاقتصــادي المتواصــل، والصراعــات والانقســامات السياســية، في عمليــة الانتقــال الديمقراطـي، مستشـهدة بمقاربـات انتقاليـة مختلفـة أبرزهـا المقاربـة التحديثيـة، ومقاربـة الاقتصـاد السياسـي. وتفتـرض الدراسـة أن السياسـات الاقتصاديـة المتبعـة حاليّـا، بالإضافـة إلـى الصـراع الداخلـي والتدخـات الخارجيـة في السـودان، تُعـد مـن أبـرز معوقـات الانتقـال الديمقراطـي. وتوصلـت إلـى أن الانتقـال بوتيرتـه الحاليـة لـن يحقـق مبتغـاه المنشـود، ومـن ثـم تحقيـق التحـول الديمقراطـي. الســودان، الانتقــال الديمقراطــي، الاختــالات الاقتصاديــة، كلمــات مفتاحيــة: التدخــات الخارجيــة. Abstract: This study discusses the challenges of the transitional period in Sudan that followed the fall of Omar Al-Bashir’s regime on 11 April 2019. It explores the effects of the continuous economic decline and the political conflicts and divisions on the process of democratic transition, citing various transitional approaches, most notably the modernist approach and political economy approach. The study presumes that the economic policies currently in place, alongside the domestic conflict and foreign intervention in Sudan, is one of the main obstacles to the democratic transition. Thus, it deduces that at its current pace, the transition will not achieve its desired goal let alone democratisation.
