property types with a focus on commercial real estate tax credits, agency loans and complex construction projects. Over the course of his career, he has closed billions in capital through first mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity for a variety of asset types throughout the United States. Todd joined Marcus & Millichap as part of the Metropolitan Capital Advisors (“MCA”) acquisition in 2020. Todd served as a principal and director at MCA leading the origination team. Todd graduated from the Michael F. Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.

Dr. Rick Moore has been Executive Director of the Oklahoma Municipal Contractors Association since
March 1999. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council of the Associated General Contractors of America. In April 2020, Senate President Pro Tempore Greg Treat appointed Dr. Moore to the Oklahoma Water Quality Management Advisory Council for a three-year term, and in 2022, Dr. Moore was appointed to the MAPS 4 Neighborhoods Subcommittee by Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt.
