Venue Specific Information:
Food And Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concessions will be available for purchase. Restaurants are available within the hotel.
Parking: For guest staying on property under the Groove room block, there is a self park garage for $20/night. Guests will have in and out privileges and charges will go toward your room. For guests that are staying off property, the self park garage is $38 and there is not in and out privileges.

Navigating Nationals : Below are a few reminders about our venue and navigating the event. - Competition will take place in Plaza International Ballroom - Conventions, Parents Groove 2, and dancer parties will be held in the Ballroom I/J
Schedule: Your schedule, with approximate performance times, has been sent to your studio. A full program will be available for purchase at our merchandise booth. Breaks may vary to help accommodate quick changes, props, etc. We try our best to have all entries perform in their scheduled performance time and order. Arrival : Arrive at least 1.5 hours before your performance time as we may run slightly ahead of schedule. Dancers should be prepared to perform up to one hour ahead of schedule. Routines performed after their designated session will be eligible for adjudication only. Dressing Rooms: You will have assigned dressing rooms throughout the event. We encourage you to maintain a respectful and friendly environment for all attendees. Photos/Videos are prohibited in dressing rooms, including social media use. OneBeat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Remove belongings nightly. Props : Prior to bringing large props into the venue, consult with our Backstage Team or Director for guidance. Props should only be brought into the upstairs event space at the start of the scheduled session of the routine and should be promptly removed afterward. OneBeat Dance Brands is not liable for unattended props.
