Parents Groove 2: We are very excited to be hosting Parent Groove 2, a complimentary class with complimentary champagne for attending parents, grandparents, and guardians (studio staff can certainly join us, as well!). This 60-minute class will be hosted by our hip hop faculty member and will take place on Thursday July 17th at 6PM in Ballroom I/J. No advanced registration is required; participants may simply show up to take class. Be sure to spread the word; it’s going to be a fun time! The JAM! : The JAM! will be taking place on Monday July 21st. The JAM! will be the last event at Nationals and is an absolute blast! Even if a dancer is not chosen for The JAM! we do recommend that all stay for this event and enjoy the show! The JAM! participants will be announced at the end of each group award ceremony throughout the week. This event will run into the evening hours on July 21 st . Parent Dance Battle : At our National Finals event, we will be hosting our Parent Dance Battle! Each parent group that wishes to participate must choreograph a group dance and register it through their online account (under the event “Parent Dance Battle”). Each parent group wi ll select one charity of their choice. The winners of the parent dance battle will have a percentage of entry fees donated to the charity of their choice. Our Parent Dance Battle will be taking place on Sunday July 20 th . College Scholarship: OneBeat awards a $1,000 College Scholarship at each of our 2025 National Finals. Dancers submitted High School transcripts, answered two essay questions, and sent a letter of recommendation. Recording and Photography: Photo and video are strictly prohibited for the safety of the dancers. Professional photos and videos will be provided by our team for free shorty after the event.

Safety: - We recommend dancers wear some sort of footwear when they are not performing. This includes in the lobby, dressing rooms, and throughout the venue. • Costume malfunctions should be addressed offstage. • First aid kits are available backstage. Please ask a Tour Team member for assistance. • We ask that each audience member show respect and consideration to all attendees. • We encourage attendees to protect their personal belongings. This includes but is not limited to; electronics, purses, costumes, wallets etc. The nature of an event with large groups of people lends itself to items becoming lost or misplaced. As per our rules and regulations, OneBeat Dance is not liable for any lost, stole, or misplaced items. If you lost an item, please check in with our Merchandise Booth as that is where items are usually left.
