Acquisitions and Disposals Team Leader We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to lead the Acquisitions and Disposals Team. The Team Leader will develop the strategy for land and property acquisitions and disposals to strategically align with the Council’s core strategy. The Team Leader will focus on agreed objectives and determine priority projects and transactions; commissioning services and allocating work programmes. The Team Leader is expected to be a leading source of advice on acquisition and disposal matters with a broad understanding of property valuation, investment and development appraisals, technical and legal due diligence, property taxation and land and property sales transactions. With oversight of the delivery of the capital receipt programme, acquisition programme and investment proposals, the Team Leader will be responsible for the ongoing review of delivery and performance. Often working within a project environment, with a broad range of external consultants and internal staff, the Team Leader will deliver a range of studies and business cases with recommendations.
