Quando decidi ser membro da INUKA em March de 2018 eu queria ganhar mais dinheiro. Hoje eu estou na INUKA a viver os meus sonhos, pela paixão que ganhei fazendo este negócio. Mudar vidas, ajudar as outras pessoas a crescerem neste mundo. Fazer o bem, tornou-se algo grandioso na minha vida, é esta meta que me deixa motivada para continuar, para acordar todos os dias e motivar todos os membros da minha equipe a trabalhar mais e serem cada dia que passa mais fortes. No ano de 2021 consegui alcançar o TOP 25 e chegar ao nivel de Double Diamond. Não foi e nem é fácil mas, eu não desisti. Neste periodo eu chorei eu dei gargalhadas, mas estava todos os dias aí atraz da minha paixão, atrás do meu sonho e hoje consegui. A meta hoje é continuar a sonhar, porque não existe limite. Quem nos limita somos nós mesmos, é a nossa mente, é o nosso coração. When I decided to be a Member of INUKA in March 2018, I wanted to earn more money. Today I am at INUKA, living my dreams of the passion I gained doing this business. Changing lives and helping other people grow in this world is my passion. Doing good has become something great in my life. This goal motivates me to keep going, wake up every day, and inspire my team members to work harder and be stronger every day. In 2021, I managed to reach the TOP 25 and reach the level of Double Diamond Leader. It wasn't and isn't easy, but I didn't give up. I cried and laughed during this period, but I was there every day behind my passion, after my dream, and today I managed to do it. The goal today is to continue dreaming because there is no limit. What limits us is our- selves; it's our mind, it's our heart.

Para crescer em qualquer campo na vida temos de ter objectivos, traçar metas e correr atras delas. Para conseguir estar no TOP25 temos de definir estratégias, ler muito sobre o negócio e perceber porque que as outras pessoas conseguem e o que fazer de diferente do que já fazemos para alcançar as nossas metas. Correr com destino é a chave. Não adianta correr para o nada, porque aí nos cansamos e não vamos ao lado algum. Ouvir experiências de pessoas de diversas áreas para perceber de onde vem o sucesso, e depois disso definir estratégias. O mais importante, ter paixão pelo que nós estamos a fazer.

INUKA taught me to adapt to adversity. Today I am who I am because of the changes I accepted to happen to me. To grow in any field in life, we have to have dreams, set goals, and run after them. To be in the TOP 25, we have to define strategies, read a lot about the business and understand why other people succeed and what to do differently from what we already do to achieve our goals. Running with destiny is the key. It's no use running to nothing because we will get tired and not go anywhere. Listen to people's experiences from different areas to understand where success comes from and refine your strategies. Most importantly, be passionate about what we are doing.
