I WANT TO WIN BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN SUCCEED. I DESERVE TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS. I started my INUKA journey in October 2017 with a lot of energy to beat. My first step toward growth was to do the INUKA 90-Day Plan. I earned an Accommodation Challenge during this period that took me to an INUKA Event in Johannesburg. I consider myself a survivor. I believe an inner light shines in all of us. However, fear, uncertainties, and coexistence with negative people often overshadow this.
My success and growth plan is based on each Member’s strengths. We designed a plan in which we combine the strengths of each Member, making them achieve their goals with good results. We uplifted the team’s self-esteem. It made my group feel more motivated, and we achieved our goals together. I learned that INUKA is not only a business but also teaches us to get up quickly after disappointments. I also teach my team about personal financial management and business. I also train my leaders to grow their teams and value all their Members.
I appeal to all to let your light shine, no matter the circumstances: You were born to shine and owe it to your creator, our God!
To my team: I want to win because I know I can succeed. I deserve to achieve success. You, too, can win and succeed. You, too, deserve to achieve success!
I learned that our strength could move all obstacles, but that needs to be accompanied by a strong and steadfast mindset. Success is possible with discipline, hard work, and passion.

My success came because I stood with my team and their teams no matter what. I continued to encourage my team to sell, recruit and grow their teams because these are the fundamentals of our business.
